Our first Dream Ride was in 2005 where we raised $2,000 with only ONE rider! We had TEN riders
in 2006 and raised $3,867!
Dream Ride
Dream Ride Projects was started by Mike Ridgeway to promote healthy lifestyles and disease
prevention through bicycling activities, programs, and special projects. Mike's dream is to
continue to build an organization focusing on the fundamentals of community and personal
health and well being, using the bicycle as the message vehicle.
Give yourself a truly rewarding experience by riding a bicycle to raise funds for The Red Thread. You can ride in any part of the country, for as many miles as you want, at whatever your skill level. You can support The Red Thread in various ways:
